Since we are a very small, family-owned business, we have to review return requests on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact us and let us know what happened, as we'd be happy to help any way that we can.

We have a 14-day return policy for new items, and 7-day return policy for used items.  This means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your new item to request a return, and 7 calendar days after receiving your used item to request a return.  Open box and B-stock items are final sale and not returnable.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags/guides/manuals/stickers and original contents, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if accepted.

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your insured package. Upon receipt, we will evaluate the item.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned to sender.

All items must be returned in exactly the same condition in which they were received.

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like wearables (such as headphones) and equipment that may come in contact with your mouth (such as microphones or breath controllers), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, B-stock items, or gift cards.

Please note: Because of their rarity and the need to preserve the integrity of the autograph(s), any "Signature Edition" items are not returnable, unless there is a proven warranty issue.

Due to the nature of special orders and their being placed outside of our forecasts, special orders are final sale and not returnable, unless there is a proven warranty issue.

All B-Stock items are final sale and not returnable.  If you have any questions, please email us, or call us, anytime.


Exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will need up to 14 calendar days, or longer if extra time is needed, from the day we receive the return to fully inspect and test any items returned to us. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
