Our collection of MIDI controllers includes interfaces from Roger Linn Design, Haken Audio, and Expressive E.  

Recipient of a Grammy Award for Lifetime Technical Achievement, Roger Linn is one of the most influential inventors in the field of modern music, with electronic musical instruments dating back to the early 1980s.  Linn's latest MIDI controllers, LinnStrument and LinnStrument 128, take the triggering and expression of musical notes and sounds beyond traditional keyboards by introducing expressivity usually found in string instruments.  They may also function as sequencers and arpeggiators, and their programmable open-source software allows for full customization.

More than 35 years in the making, the Haken Audio ContinuuMini connects to synthesizers, drum machines, and other electronic musical instruments via MIDI.  Its bi-directional communication allows it to send and receive MPE and MPE+ messages, as well.  Dr. Lippold Haken designed the ContinuuMini for maximum expressivity, and its internal and fully programmable synth engine, EaganMatrix, which was created by Edmund Eagan, offers an immersive synthesis environment via its software editor.  The Haken Audio ContinuuMini comes with La Voix Du Luthier's acoustic resonator called Onde.  Since Haken Audio contributed to its design and both the ContinuuMini and Onde meld perfectly for performances and productions, they are paired here for The Midium® for the first time in the US market.

Expressive E has been at the forefront of MIDI controller design since the 2010s, and their Touché controller and Touché SE represent their current lineup of non-traditional MIDI controllers.  Capable of sending MIDI and CV, the Touché can interact with a broad range of hardware and software synths.  The Touché SE is their more streamlined model, which eschews CV for a more USB-dependent connection.  Both models also function on multiple dimensions and enable artists and producers to modulate various synth parameters, simultaneously.
